Lori Linton Chana is a devoted mother, volunteer, businesswoman and educator. She serves Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network in honor of her son, Cameron, who died in 2009. The donation of Cameron’s precious gifts continues to provide deep comfort to Ms. Chana and her family. Cameron donated his heart, liver, lungs, kidneys and 36 tissues. Ms. Chana shares her son’s story on behalf of Gift of Hope to encourage others to choose the life-saving and life-enhancing outcomes from organ, eye & tissue donation.

Ms. Chana is currently working in special education at the primary school level. She and her husband formerly owned a direct marketing services company working with local, regional and national organizations. In addition to managing all aspects of the business, she especially enjoyed data analysis and the development of marketing plans and project management. She previously served as Area Director for Norrell Corporation in Los Angeles outsourcing non-core essential operations focused in the automotive, financial, manufacturing and healthcare industries.

Ms. Chana earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from San Diego State University and studied International Business at Richmond College Extension in Kensington, England. She served the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago for many years. Some of her most rewarding service surrounds her 15 years of coaching youth soccer instilling sportsmanship, respect and fun.
