The council members advise Gift of Hope on end-of-life matters related to funeral services and on working in collaboration with funeral care professionals. Council members serve as a resource to their funeral service colleagues in Illinois and northwest Indiana as liaisons to Gift of Hope, and authorities on the care of organ and tissue donors and service to their families.
