Many families seek ways to celebrate their loved one and the gift of hope they gave through donation, and inspire others to make the same decision to donate life.  

If this is you, sharing your story is one way to do this.  We invite you to share your story for Gift of Hope to share on its website or social media channels. 

If your story is selected for a feature, we will contact you to confirm arrangements and ask you to complete a release of information providing us with permission to share your information.

Priority is given to stories of donor families and transplant recipients in Illinois and northwest Indiana.
