Ross Raspopovich
Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Financial Officer
Ross Raspopovich, as Chief Administrative Officer, directs essential business operations at Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network. He leads the quality, information technology, medical records, strategic planning, risk management, project management and legal operations. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Raspopovich is responsible for financial viability, budgeting, audit oversight, business insurance, treasury, tax, retirement plans and all accounting functions for Gift of Hope.
Before joining Gift of Hope in 1999, then known as the Regional Organ Bank of Illinois, Raspopovich was director of finance for York Behavioral Health Care, L.L.C., at Managed Care Resources Management Group in Burr Ridge, Ill. His more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience include positions at Aon Corporation in Chicago.
Raspopovich serves on the Illinois Transplant Fund board of directors and is a member of the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO) finance and quality committees. He is a Finance & Audit Committee member for Eversight, a Gift of Hope eye bank partner, and a member of the Finance & Operations Committee at AlloSource. Previously, Raspopovich was member of the National Donate Life America Finance Committee and chaired the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) Finance Committee.
Raspopovich holds a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University. He has earned a leadership certificate from Northwestern University, Six Sigma certification from Villanova University College of Professional Studies, and certifications in human resource management and HR organizational effectiveness.
