Erika Wilkerson serves as the Director, Authorization & Performance Strategies in the Hospital Development Department at Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network. She is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of strategies and performance indicators tailored to obtaining donor authorization and providing family support. In addition to directing the Donation & Family Advocate and Donation Liaison teams, she is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospital leadership to support donation processes. Erika oversees the management of donation referral activity to ensure consistent high standards, excellent service and support are provided to donor families.
